I was not confident that we would be able to identify a property that fit us and was thinking we would be heading home with nothing more than a nice visit to the island. Being from the mainland and not that familiar with the area, she gave us a nice overall picture of the different areas, highlights, lowlights and honest opinions of the Kona condo market. She provided us with a wide variety of showings that helped us evaluate each price point within our budget. She was very pleasant to spend the time with and we felt like we made a new friend in the process. Well guess what?? We found the perfect fit afterall! She was proactive, very communicative, confident and informative throughout the negotiation process and made sure we knew what steps were next and how the process was moving forward.
