Being from the mainland and not that familiar with the area, she gave us a nice overall picture of the different areas, highlights, lowlights and honest opinions of the Kona condo market. She helped us find contractors, showed us amenities in the different areas, and once we entered into a contract, made multiple trips to that property to take measurements, pictures, and videos for us, who were on the mainland. If you are going to pay someone a 3% commission, which is a lot of money, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect them to put in the work and exemplify friendliness and professionalism.
